The vision behind Seashell Marine Services is led by our founder, Meera Nasser Alalawi

In 2024, Meera established Seashell with the ambition of creating a company that would bring a more focused, professional, and dependable approach to marine crew logistics.

Her vision is centred on understanding the practical challenges faced by maritime companies and providing solutions that make crew travel and accommodation easier to manage.

For Meera, service is not simply about making a booking or arranging a transfer.

It is about taking responsibility for the details, anticipating requirements, communicating clearly, and ensuring that every part of the crew’s journey is handled with care.

“Our goal is simple: to take the complexity out of crew logistics and provide our clients with a service they can rely on — wherever their crews need to go ”
